NOTTINGHAM FOREST PROUD FOREST

Established in 2023, Proud Forest is the LGBTQ+ supporters’ group for Nottingham Forest. They’re here to help make the City Ground a welcoming place for everyone, working closely with the club and community trust. In 2026 they won the Football v Homophobia Supporters’ Group Award, in recognition of what their members build together every week.

Their focus is simple: building a match-day community where LGBTQ+ Forest fans and allies can feel at ease, meet others, and enjoy football as themselves. Their Proud at the Ground campaign keeps visibility and belonging central to what they do. They also get together to watch away games at their official Proud Forest partner pub, and attend Forest Women’s matches whenever they can, creating chances for fans to sit together and feel part of the group.
