Pride Of Irons: West Ham United's LGBTQ+ supporters group, creating a safe, welcoming & joyful space for all LGBTQ+ fans.

• Celebrates diversity & ensures supporters can be themselves without fear.

• Champions visibility & inclusion, pushing the club to lead on LGBTQ+ equality and holding them accountable when it falls short.

• Actively involved in local community events, raising awareness and supporting members

• Challenges homophobia, biphobia, and transphobia across football, online, in stadiums, and beyond. Also working with other fan groups.

•  Representation at club level: Co-Chair Jo sits on the Fan Advisory Board; Georgia represents the Women’s Supporters Board.

• Tackles casual bigotry & promotes an inclusive matchday environment.

• Focus on education through partnership with Kick It Out, supporting behaviour change and second chances.

• Our Co-Chairs deliver awareness sessions for stewards & staff at London Stadium and Dagenham & Redbridge.

• Host safe meet-ups at men's & women's matches, proud of growing the women's game fanbase & building local community.
